Copyright contact

Send copyright notices to dmca@leankly.com. Before relying on DMCA safe-harbor processes, [Legal entity name] must register and maintain a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Notice requirements

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the content to remove or disable, including URLs, screenshots, usernames, leank titles, or other details that help us locate it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter notices and repeat infringement

If we remove content based on a copyright notice, we may notify the affected user and explain available counter-notice options where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
